About Les Anis de Flavigny
Anise candies were first made by the Benedictine monks of the abbey of Flavigny. After the French Revolution, several confectioners began making this sweet using the same recipe. Today, only Anis De Flavigny remains making this sweet using the same recipe since 1591.
